Cherry Almond Breakfast Smoothie

I’m always amazed at how satisfying a simple breakfast smoothie can be. While I typically make eggs, pancakes, or some similarly hearty breakfast, I’ve lately been craving smoothies for their ease, versatility, and incredible flavor. And right now cherries are at the peak of their season and so accordingly taste absolutely amazing. I’ve been using these antioxidant-rich fruits in tons of different recipes in addition to loading up my blender with them each morning. I’m very thankful to my local Sprouts for satisfying my need for cherries, since they consistently stock my favorite seasonal fruits in their best condition. They also have all the other ingredients I needed for this smoothie, like almond butter, almond milk, yogurt, and more. With all these working alongside the cherries, the result is a creamy and delicious smoothie that’s full of rich flavor. It’s full of antioxidants, packed with protein, and delightfully healthy for how good it tastes.
